Paul Brljevich is a Director of the Tabak Tauranga office and has been helping business owners achieve successful outcomes since joining the company in 2008. With more than 40 years of experience in management, banking, and business ownership, he brings a practical, real-world understanding of what it takes to build, grow and successfully transition a business. Having owned or been a shareholder in five businesses himself, Paul understands the personal and financial investment that business owners make. This first-hand experience allows him to connect with clients on a deeper level and provide informed practical advice throughout the sale process. Over the years, Paul has been involved in the valuation and sale of hundreds of businesses across the Bay of Plenty. His strong negotiation skills, extensive market knowledge, and genuine commitment to his clients have helped him consistently achieve excellent results, earning him a reputation as one of Tabak’s most trusted and successful business brokers. Paul takes pride in building long-term relationships and working closely with both venders and purchasers to ensure a smooth and rewarding transaction for all parties involved. As a founding partner of Tabak Business Sales, Murray has played an important role in growing the business into a nationwide network of five offices across New Zealand. With more than 20 years’ experience in management and business ownership, including owning or co-owning over seven companies—he understands first-hand the opportunities and challenges that come with running a business. Over the past two decades, Murray has worked throughout Auckland and the Central North Island, helping hundreds of privately owned New Zealand businesses through valuations, sales, and acquisitions. He brings a clear, supportive approach to what can often be a significant step for a business owner. With strong financial management and marketing expertise, backed by practical experience across a wide range of industries, Murray is regarded as a trusted adviser to professionals and business owners seeking practical guidance on business valuation and sales. Murray holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Waikato, an Advanced Professional Certificate in Business Valuation from the University of Western Sydney, and a Foodstuffs Management Diploma, along with several other industry-related qualifications.
